IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
Quick Note:
Fish are sold on a first come first serve basis, no exception. Due to the new payment method I am no longer able to hold fish, but this way of payment is faster and safer for you. If you pay for a fish and want me to then hold it, it will be considered but i will only do so for a few days as I am getting in new fish on a regular basis. Pictures are mostly sorted into tail types but as you can understand some I may be unsure about and therefore if incorrect I apologise in advance. You are very welcome to ask me for more information on any fish in stock.
Shipping details:
Please select the postage from the option below. All fish will be double bagged and placed in a double walled box with Eco friendly bio degradable chips to protect them. All fish are sent with a 20 hour heatpack which will be started on day of posting. The box will then be wrapped in black plastic to insulate further. Please make sure when arranging delivery of your fish that some one will be home to accept them.
When you have your new fish remember to float them in their new tank, while still bagged, for around 10 mins to allow them to aclimatise to the temperature. They may be a bit shy and pale at first but remember they've just spent several hours bagged and in a box.
Refund Policy:
In the unlikely case of DOA, please take a clear photo of the fish while still bagged and send it to me via email before 9pm that same night. Consideration of a refund will be given if the fish dies within 24 hours of its arrival, howerveR if this does happen i need a picture of the dead fish and your water stats. When a refund is given only the cost of the fish is refunded, not the postage.
There is no reunds for fin damage during shipping. Its something that is unavoidable but luckily not too common.
I Ensure that all my fish are happily eating pellet food (Atisons Betta Pro) before being put up for sale so if your fish does not eat when he arrives give him time.

Sadly i have had to up the price of P&P all thanks to royal mail and my suppliers. But this price does make sure that the fish get to you in the best condition possible with minimum stress. Any one who has bought from me before will know this.
